What a welcome back!
I was blown away by the amount of kind comments and messages I received across after posting about being Back in Business last Monday. I was most surprised by the amount of comments I received on the blog post over on our website!
My expectation was that a few of you guys might (maybe) remember B+S and leave a comment about your favourite product but all the support was genuine and warm and it opened my eyes to the amount of people that really do love what Bark + Shout stands for.
So many of you said that you are still using your Collars and Leads DAILY after years!
I always made sure to create designs that we're focused on being more durable but I also know that some dogs can be super hard on their gear or that sometimes gear preferences change so it means a lot to know there are hundreds (maybe thousands) of pieces still in use to this day even after 2 years away.
Here is one of my favourite comments:

Can’t wait for the newest update to come out. My boy is cream colored so I’ll have to compare the red and black to see which one would go nicer with his coat. He’s running with the OG AirTag collar now and it’s held up stunningly if I’m being honest. If I could see anything come back it would be the safety strap. I love having the mental (and physical) security that I have a backup up plan for those just in case moments.
We love your AirTag collar and use it anytime we go on walks or out of the yard!! I hope to see the harness coming soon so we can use that instead of the collar when pet sitters are staying with us! We’d love for the harness to not be “over the head” but instead have a clip at the neck to make it easy for head-shy doggos
My only comment is that I love the AirTag collar and your customer service. I had a difficult time trying to get the air tag into the pouch and you sent me another collar to accommodate the air tag. Your product is well made and of high quality, I will watch for the unveiling of your products. Thank you!
